The 30-Night Nightstand Guarantee
Give the book 30 nights. If your child isn't reaching for it on their own, we'll refund you in full.
How it works
- You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a refund, for any reason.
- Email support@whyshelf.com with your order number and a short note. No forms, no interrogation.
- In most cases we'll simply refund you — we don't make you ship the book back at your own cost. If a return is needed, we'll say so up front and provide the return address and instructions before you send anything.
- Refunds go to your original payment method for the full purchase price.
Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item
If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email a photo to support@whyshelf.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice, and no return needed.
Lost packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the order date, contact us and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued within 3 business days on our side; your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.
Nothing in this policy limits the statutory rights you have under consumer law in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia.
