Can I change or cancel my order?

Email support@whyshelf.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can usually change or cancel before dispatch (orders ship within 1–3 business days); after dispatch, the 30-Night Guarantee still covers you.

Can I order more than one book?

Yes — just increase the quantity. Every order ships free, and extra copies make easy gifts.

How long does processing take?

1–3 business days.

How long does delivery take?

Typically 10–14 days from dispatch to the US. These are typical times, not guarantees.

Is shipping free?

Yes — free on every order, no minimum.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes — a tracking link arrives by email when your order ships. Track any time on the Track Order page.

Why has tracking not updated?

The first scan can take 1–3 days after dispatch, and updates can pause a few days mid-transit. If nothing changes for several days, email us.

What happens if my package is delayed?

Carrier delays occasionally add a few days. Email support@whyshelf.com and we'll chase it for you.

What happens if my package is lost?

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the order date, we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full — your choice.

Which countries do you ship to?

The US, UK, Canada, and Australia, plus most other countries — always free. Delivery outside the US can take a little longer.

What is the 30-Night Nightstand Guarantee?

Give the book 30 nights from delivery. If your child isn't reaching for it, email us for a full refund. Details in Returns & Refunds.

Do I need to return the book?

In most cases, no — we simply refund you. If a return is ever needed, we'll provide the address and instructions first.

What if it arrives damaged?

Email a photo to support@whyshelf.com within 7 days of delivery — free replacement or full refund, no return needed.

How do refunds work?

Refunds go to your original payment method for the full purchase price.

How long do refunds take?

We issue approved refunds within 3 business days; your bank may take another 3–10 business days to post the credit.
